Order

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review them carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

Some items are made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Orders containing multiple items may be produced or shipped separately. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or delivery restrictions. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including eligible Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Payments are processed securely by authorised third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store full card details.

Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted for production or dispatch. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider and card issuer.
Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide, subject to carrier and destination availability. We do not sell or ship to Russia or Belarus.

Most orders are produced within 2–8 business days. Delivery generally takes an additional 3–30 business days, depending on the product, destination, fulfilment location and shipping method.

Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, local holidays, weather or carrier delays. Any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
Return

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or colour. This does not limit any return or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law.

If you believe that you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at contact@ukrainciaga.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Do not return an item without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Size

Sizing may vary between products and manufacturers. Please review the size guide provided on each product page before ordering and compare the measurements with a similar item you already own.

Product measurements are approximate, and small variations may occur during manufacturing. If you need help choosing a size, contact us at contact@ukrainciaga.com before placing your order.

Product materials, fit, construction and care instructions are listed on each product page. Please review this information before ordering.

Some products are made to order. Minor variations in colour, print placement or finish may occur as part of the production process. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

Follow the care instructions provided with the product to preserve its appearance and print quality.
Organic Compliance

Organic content and certification information is product-specific and is stated on the relevant product page.

Where a certification is mentioned, it may apply to the fabric or blank product rather than to the finished printed item. Products not expressly described as organic or certified should not be assumed to carry such certification.
