orders
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review them carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
Some items are made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Orders containing multiple items may be produced or shipped separately. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or delivery restrictions. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available depending on your device, browser and location.
Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through this store and processes payments through its payment partners. Therefore, “Western Bid” or “westernbid.com” may appear as the payee on your PayPal account or card statement.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely by the applicable payment provider.
shipping & delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide, subject to carrier and destination availability. We do not sell or ship to Russia or Belarus.
Most orders are produced within 2–8 business days. Delivery generally takes an additional 3–30 business days, depending on the product, destination, fulfilment location and shipping method.
Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided when available.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, local holidays, weather or carrier delays. Any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.

returns & refunds
Most of our products are made to order. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. This timeframe does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. If your claim is approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution and, where applicable, return instructions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is initiated may vary depending on PayPal, Stripe, your card issuer or financial institution.

Some products are made to order. Minor variations in colour, print placement or finish may occur as part of the production process. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

Organic content and certification information is product-specific and is stated on the relevant product page.
Where a certification is mentioned, it may apply to the fabric or blank product rather than to the finished printed item. Products not expressly described as organic or certified should not be assumed to carry such certification.
